Woodgate & Clark and Rocket ES digitise claims data collection

digital transformation

The new system, Rocket Reporting, is designed to streamline the claims investigation process and improve the experience for claimants and loss adjusters.

Rocket Reporting uses a tablet-friendly software solution that allows loss adjusters to gather information and images logically and flexibly based on the individual claim. The system also puts the claimant’s feedback at the heart of the process, ensuring their needs are met.

In addition to improving the claims experience, Rocket Reporting also helps to reduce time spent on-site, improve the quality and speed of reporting, and expedite claims outcomes. The digital reports can be machine-read by insurers for automatic follow-up processes, and data can easily be interrogated to support claims strategies.

Nick Turner, head of surveying at Woodgate & Clark, said: “The quality of information gathering on a site visit to a claimant determines the course of that claim. However, much of that process has remained inflexible, with rigid question sets that can be irrelevant to the claim, wasting time and creating a poor experience for the claimant at a time when empathy is vital. Our Rocket Reporting application addresses all of these challenges head-on.”

Dieter Schäfer, managing director of Rocket Enterprise Solutions, added: “We are delighted to be working with Woodgate & Clark on this innovative project. Rocket Reporting is a powerful tool that can help loss adjusters to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work while also providing a better experience for claimants.”

The new system is currently being used by Woodgate & Clark’s loss adjusters across the UK. The company plans to roll out the system to all its branches in the coming months.
